Welcome to the website of the Embassy of Nepal in Portugal.

Nepal established diplomatic relations with Portugal on 1 September 1976. The Nepalese Embassy in Portugal was established in 2025. His Excellency Mr. Prakash Mani Paudel is the first resident Ambassador of Nepal to Portugal. The Embassy of Nepal in Paris was accredited to Portugal prior to the establishment of the Embassy in 2025.

The Embassy is committed to strengthen close, cordial and excellent friendly relations with Portugal and protect and promote the national interests of Nepal and its nationals residing in Portugal. The Embassy provides consular services to the Nepali nationals residing in/travelling to Portugal as well as to all the foreign nationals who wish to visit, work and do business in Nepal.
