Document Attestation

The following documents must be submitted to certify the documents from the Embassy:

• The original and the photocopy of the document (With the attestation seal and signature from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Department of Consular Services, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu and Alcantara, MOFA, Portugal in case of the documents issued in Portugal).
• An application stating the name of the document to be certified.
• A copy of Nepali passport.
• Proof of residency or valid visa copy.
• Fees: Police Report: 100 euro​per document
  • ​​​​​​​ Family Document: 50 euro per document
  • ​​​​​​​ Academic cerificates: 15 euro per document​
