One Way Travel Document

If a Nepali citizen residing in Portugal submits an application stating that his/her passport has been lost or destroyed, that the passport has expired, and that he/she needs to return to Nepal immediately, and attaching the following documents, the Embassy will issue a travel permit in the applicant's name.

Application for One way travel document:

• A copy of the duly filled in application form.
• A copy of old passport.
• A copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate.
• 2 pp size photographs (border-less, white background, colour, size 35mm x 45mm)
• A copy of the travel itinerary.
• A receipt for the travel permit fee sent by the bank (bank transfer) or a receipt for paying the cash fee at the embassy.
• The travel document will be valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
• If the application is sent by post, the applicant should enclose self-addressed pre-paid envelope.
• The fees is 50 (Fifty) euros.
